How are Green Kulture products made and where are they manufactured?
We adopt a sustainable method of collecting unsold fruits and vegetables (that are due for disposal) from wholesalers, carefully sort and prepare them for enzyme extraction to create our proprietary blend of probiolytic solutions. All this is done here in Singapore and we pride ourselves as a homegrown brand.
Are Green Kulture products cruelty-free, vegan and plant-based?
Yes! Our products are not tested on animals and are natural and plant-based. Our enzymatic solutions are made from fruits and vegetables. We are dedicated to ensuring all our ingredients are natural and toxic-free as there are so many brands in the market today that claim to be plant-based or natural (only to a certain %) and yet still contain a mixture of harmful, toxic chemicals.
Are Green Kulture products suitable for sensitive skin?
Since our solutions are natural and plant-based, they are gentle on the skin and suitable for users with sensitive, allergy-prone skin. Our solutions are pH balanced and hypoallergenic.
Are the essential oils in your products natural or synthetic?
We do not use any synthetic fragrances. The natural essential oil used in our product formulation is made purely from plant extracts. The extracts are then premixed with our enzymatic-based liquid for emulsification to produce a water-soluble solution.
Do you have refills for your products?
Green Kulture loves and encourages refilling! We are an eco-conscious company and currently have 3 refill stations in Singapore:
(Eco Le carries refills for our Floor Clean Liquid, Dishwash Liquid, Laundry Liquid and Multi-Purpose Cleaner)

Payment & Delivery
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal & Credit Card.
Do you deliver internationally?
Green Kulture currently delivers within Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia only.
Do you deliver to all areas in Singapore?
There is no service coverage to Changi Airport, Changi Airfreight Centre, Jurong Port, PSA Terminal/Wharves, Military Establishments, Offshore Singapore islands and Jurong Island.
What is the shipping fee for my order?
(Applicable to both Singapore and Peninsular Malaysia)
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is placed, do give us one working day to process your order. Upon confirmation of payment, delivery by our courier partner would generally take about 3 to 5 working days.
What happens if I am not at home to receive my package?
In the event where you are unavailable to receive the package upon delivery, our courier partner will re-deliver to you the next business day.
Will there be extra charges incurred if I miss the delivery?
If the 1st delivery attempt is not successful, our courier partner will contact you to arrange 2nd delivery free of charge. For the 3rd and subsequent delivery attempt, it is chargeable at $7 per consignment by the courier company.
