🔄 Green Kulture Return & Refund Policy

At Green Kulture, we stand behind the quality of our natural home care products and want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


âś… Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You provide proof of purchase

  • The item was not marked as final sale or promotional giveaway

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used items unless they were received damaged or defective.


đź’¸ Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return to process the refund.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect

  • We do not charge a restocking fee

  • For approved returns, we will provide instructions and a return address via email

To request a return, contact us at  info@greenkulture.sg with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • A photo (if damaged or incorrect item)

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

  • Please do not send products back without contacting us first

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund

  • Refunds are only issued once returned goods are received and inspected

  • The currency that applies to this policy is in Singapore dollars (  SGD )
