Directions

Great for cleaning dirt. Great mild fragrance too. The only thing is the pump given for the 5L does not work. It cannot be pressed down.

Hello there! This is going to be an overview review. So it has been a long while since I started using your products from the laundry detergent to the multi purpose cleaner. The spray bottle of the multi purpose cleaner need reworking. The circumference of the nozzle is tiny that when it dispenses the liquid it comes off targeted and with force. Pinpoint effect like a laser beam. You get the idea. Instead of it landing softer on surfaces and more wider spray. When the liquid lands on surfaces it tends to bounce off in every which way and sometimes even onto the face though sprayed from a distance. It is a point of contention everyday that I am utilising the product. I like the micro fibre cleaning cloth. The Color is great and overall good performance. But soon after I started using, the seams unravelled, as u can view from pic attached. I have yet to sew it. There is a loop to hang the cloth for drying but perhaps you could offer an option without the loop. It gets in the way and if one forgets to tuck it in while squeezing the water out of the cloth it does drip water when the cloth is being used for cleaning. I snipped mine away since it was in the way and served no purpose. So stronger hemming and option of without loop and “It’s A Great product. Otherwise I do like your detergents and it’s cleaning capabilities plus the ever so light scent for those of us who is scent sensitive. My gripe is mainly from the practical point and since I do intend to continue using your products hope you can address these issues.
